  • General Handyman – Fixes minor repairs (door handles, patching holes, small plumbing issues).
  • Electrician – Ensures outlets, wiring, and lighting work properly.
  • Plumber – Checks for leaks, running toilets, and ensures hot water is functional.
  • HVAC Technician – Tests heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Locksmith- Our professional can make keys, repair locks, and does lock fitting locks. 
  • Lead Risk Assessor - On-site investigator to determine the presence, type, severity, and location of lead-based paint hazards (including lead hazards in paint, dust, and soil).
  • Lead Abatement Contractor -Performs lead consultation work, such as lead inspections and designing of lead abatement and lead management plans

  • Roofer - Our professional can install, repair, or coat.

  • Landscaping Team - Our team mows lawn, trims bushes, and ensures curb appeal. Checks irrigation system and removes any exterior hazards.

2. Deep Cleaning

✔ Test HVAC System – Make sure heating & cooling work properly.
✔ Check Wi-Fi & Cable Availability – Confirm serviceability if included.

4. Legal & Documentation

✔ Lease Agreement Ready – Ensure contracts are updated and tenants sign all necessary paperwork.
✔ Move-in Checklist – Provide tenants with an inspection sheet.
✔ Tenant Welcome Packet – Include key information like trash pickup, emergency contacts, and maintenance requests.

5. Final Walkthrough & Handover

✔ Do a Final Inspection – Walk through the property to confirm everything is in place.
✔ Provide Keys & Access Codes – Hand over physical or digital access.
✔ Tenant Orientation (Optional) – Show new residents how to use appliances, thermostats, and security features.

✔ Changes or rekeys locks and verifies security systems.

✔ Ensures the garage door and any smart locks function properly.
